The location is marvellous with a free parking on site.

It was clean place, staff were attentive, and I really enjoyed my perfect room. The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, not too far away from Venetian Bay.

We had a such great stay at this family-friendly hotel. The rooms were fabulous and absolutely perfect supposedly with full kitchen, you feel like home. The location was magnificent and particularly good, near Naples Pier or Vanderbilt Beach, a main avenue, and downtown and old Naples, Coastland Center mall, and the beach.

The room was reasonably large and well-appointed with full kitchen and the Queen bed, as for instance, everything was good.

Some people working there were uncaring.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to downtown, Old Naples, Coastland Center Mall, the beach. The breakfast, including oatmeal and sausages, was delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Naples for a few nights and I had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious with a super comfy bed and a nice sofa. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The hotel areas were always clean and I especially enjoyed lounging by the pool on their comfy sofas. The staff, especially Chelsey at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach shuttle was a great convenience and saved us time and hassle.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

hotel in general is quite good, clean venue. room is big and comfortable with a pity kitchen that we only stay 1 night, bed is too high. It has a tennis and basketball court. campfire is great for sharing at night, too bad they take you out at 10pm.

We went to celebrate Mother's Day and there was no staff to replace the breakfast and we had to wait a long time because everything was over and it took a long time to replace it. The breakfast in the hot part only scrambled egg and very spicy sausages, no cheese or ham or bacon, I think they should put something else in the salty part, but in the sweet part very good. In the pool, fire, or common areas they take you out at 10 pm, too early to be Saturday especially in common areas. In reception they do not speak Spanish

My stay here for a 5-day work trip was great. The breakfast was really good quality, which was a nice start to my day. everything about this place was good, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. 👍

Everything was simply brand-new. The breakfast was delicious and very good with a great selection of meals to choose from. The staff were very-very nice and courteous people. The free parking was on site, excellent service: D

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near the beach and close to many attractions in the area. It is also located right on a main avenue, making it easily accessible. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with up-to-date appliances. The staff is friendly and provides good service.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that the pool is smaller than expected.

The breakfast was delicious and hot, with a great variety of items to choose from. I especially loved the free food and drinks on certain evenings, creating a welcoming and social atmosphere. I recommend this hotel.
